This CD, You and the Truth, is a collection of songs that I have written over the past two years . All the music tracks have been recorded in South Carolina with background vocals recorded in Nashville, Tennessee. This recording venture came about by a chance meeting on the internet with singer, songwriter Lisa Goodale from Hartsville, South Carolina. After doing a search online for music by popular recording artist, Marty Raybon, I stumbled on a newspaper article where Marty Raybon had put one of his songs on Lisa Goodale’s compilation CD. After contacting Lisa she sent me a copy of the CD and mentioned that a friend of hers, Ken Rivers, from Cheraw S.C., recorded almost all the music tracks. I then contacted Ken who owns and operates his own recording studio called, Riverglo Productions in Cheraw, S.C. I sent him one of my songs and he really enjoyed the words, music, and style, and the rest they say is history. We then started working together immediately and it turned out that we really connected with this music. He seemed to understand exactly what I needed and his input really made the tracks come alive. In my opinion he is just an amazing, creative, talented musician playing almost every instrument on the CD.

While working on the CD, I was also fortunate enough to find Larry Marrs from Nashville to do backup harmony vocals with me on some of the tracks. Larry is also an incredible musician with a remarkable musical background who has toured with, and did backup vocals for, some of the biggest names in country music.
